- Contact you regularly with progress reports.
- Review marketing activities with owner.
- Write and place classified advertising in local newspaper.
- Advertise in the The Real Estate Book and Home Finder Magazine.
- Follow up on showings to obtain prospect reactions.
- Place property on realtor.com, sellinghouses.com, devonshirerealty.com and coldwellbanker.com.
- Have virtual tour done on property.
- Pre-qualify potential buyers.
- Present and discuss all offers on property with owner.
- Negotiate the transaction with the other agent.
- Make sure all parties receive necessary paperwork throughout transaction.
